Quality Assurance Manager – Full Time – Onsite

Aurora Products, located in Orange, Connecticut, just off I-95, is a modern, ultra clean food packaging facility that packages only the highest quality dried fruits, nuts, trail mixes, salad toppings and granolas.

Aurora Products is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Manager.  This position reports to the Manager and Director of Quality Assurance & Product Development to provide support to Quality Assurance Management.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in implementation of SQF, HACCP and QA related programs
• Auditing responsibilities:  Quality Assurance Technicians; oversee Sanitation Programs and Production practices
• Compliance documentation for COA, kosher, organic, Social Accountability, NON-GMO, Supplier Approval records (maintain spread sheets)

Education/Experience:

B.S. in Food Science or food related discipline preferred, minimum of 5+ years food related Quality Assurance/Food Safety experience preferred; recent college graduates welcome to apply.
